Linda McFarlane
Linda has extensive experience as a senior leader in Human Resources, Regional and Operational Management, gained through 30 years of progressive roles across a variety of sectors, including Global Corporate and Local Government. This is evidenced by her solid track record of driving commercially minded, proactive solutions and effective change across multiple industries
She has a real passion for unlocking individual potential and enabling improvement through people. Linda is just as comfortable working 1:1 on any challenge, as she is working with business leadership or in running a team build workshops.
Her drive extends to her personal life where she lives life to the full, balancing her love of travel, time with family and friends, walking on her local beach and her enjoyment of Zumba !
Andy McFarlane
Andy has a wealth of experience and knowledge spanning 30+ years across the private and public sectors. He has held senior positions in large and global Financial institutions and National Government, his key experience being in I.T., Business Operations and People.
Andy has been responsible for working and delivering with small to very large teams, on many occasions requiring significant engagement and collaboration with external partners and providers, and being accountable for managing multi-million pound operations.
As well as having strong business, operational and financial acumen, Andy demonstrates strong people skills. In personal life he has also been able to utilise these in football coaching and officiating which, along with family, continues to be a big part of his social enjoyment. As well as sports, Andy also enjoys his 'down-time' being the vocalist with Audiothieves ... an active Rock and Indie covers band.
